At Avolon, consultants manage the recruitment process for both candidates and clients from start to finish. Key elements of the role include:

  • Building new business relationships
  • Managing ongoing client relationships, both on the phone and face to face
  • Providing market knowledge and advice to employers
  • Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and database searches
  • Providing CV, interview and career advice to candidates
  • Interviewing candidates on a general basis and for specific roles
  • Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages
  • Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and Business Development


Do you have what it takes?
We are always looking for ambitious, driven professionals who thrive in a busy sales based environment. Specific requirements include:

  • A level and/or Degree qualifications in a technical field
  • Between 1-3 years of sales or recruitment experience
  • First class communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written English and IT skills
  • Recruitment experience is not essential, as you will receive training.
